Online access is through the NHS App.

To register, visit the NHS App page on the NHS website.

Important

If you have used online Patient Access before, use the same login details for the NHS App – do not create a new NHS App account.

If you have not used your login details for a long time, they may need to be refreshed by the Surgery.

If your online Patient Access login details may need to be refreshed, please use the ‘Ask Reception a question’ facility through the website.

The Surgery does not manage the NHS App so for any other problems with the NHS App please go to the NHS App Helpdesk online.
