Community Nurses

Direct Line: 0300 121 0171. District Nurses provide care to patients in their homes. Your doctor will arrange a nurse to visit you if necessary. Contact them via this telephone number which will connect you to SPA (Single Point of Access) for the District Nurse Team.

Health Visitors

Direct Line: 01962 763993. This line has an answerphone and there is a Duty Health Visitor available between 8.30am and 4.30pm. Health Visitors can offer help for all families. Well-baby clinics: Tuesday mornings at Spring Meadow Children’s clinic 9.00am to 1.00pm. You may contact the Health Visitors by telephoning them on their direct line.
